Colored Line Art in PSP+PS

A second tutorial for ya'll today! Basicly, I've had a little free time and I'm making these so people can stop asking me! Yay! This is one of the easiest tricks to master, and not only is it quick and simple, but fun too!

This lineart answers one of the most frequently asked questions I see today. Also, this tutorial is a blessing since it covers both Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.

PSP Version:
This was done in Paint Shop Pro 7.0, which is a somewhat outdated version. YES I am positive this works in later versions, however I can't be sure about anything below 6.0. If someone out there is still running 6.0 or lower and can test this out and let me know, I'd be very greatful.

PS Version:
Created this in Photoshop CS2, but I'm positive it works in 7.0 and thus I assume it works in anything newer than that..however I could be wrong. If you test this and it dosn't work, pllllleeeaaaase tell me and I can fix this description XD

Anyways, I hope this helps anyone who was curious and I'd be glad to answer any questions if needed.
